BAGSD BH Test and Seminar South Normanton, Alfreton Derbyshire, Sunday 12/06/05 Just found out about the details of a seminar being run by BAGSD on the BH test. Richard James (BSA Chairman) is doing a demonstration and Don Harrison (BSA Judge) is going to judge a BH test for some of the BAGSD members and their dogs. From BAGSD Bob Honey (Chairman), Frank Gator (President) and Dave Walker (BH Cordinator for BAGSD) will be present. For the BSA Don Harrison (Judge) will be judging the test and Richard James (Chairman) will be giving a talk and a demonstration.

There will also be demonstrations from John and Jill Ward from BAGSD Cornwall running through the training that they have been doing at their club and the results they have achieved so far. Alyson Reilly and Carol Eastwood Antilli GSD'S will be running through the BH in Europe and training to compete at a higher level. The location and times are:

For all the trainee Schutzhund Helpers out there I came across a link to an mpeg on the Celtic Vale Schutzhund Group website that has to be a must. It gave me more advice in ten minutes about how to carry out a trial helpers responsibilities than two helper licensing events with four judges in attendance. A picture paints a thousand words and this video clip is very good. Well done Celtic Vale, here's the link trial helper video please note the video is about 14 minutes long but the file is over 50Mb best viewed on broadband. Pups Available My friend Lim from Lyfame Kennels has some pups available from Rogue. Rogue (Vonsanbar Guenther) was almost legendary at South Valley Sports Dog Club. When he came out to work in protection everybody watched. A real good dog that never really achieved his full potential. Also pups out of Percy Green's new dog Louie. Another real good dog, hasn't quite got the same reputation as Rogue but developing into a top prospect. We will be watching these pups closely.
